Our Process

We choose the best available material available for all our tools. We offer 100% manufacturing warranty with high quality raw material and processing. It is basic mother step for a tool. We have arranged in house lab to test all stainless steel and other materials to ensure consistent quality standards.

The first step starts with griding and shaping steel rod into tool. Different kinds of press machines and shapers are used to get into right shape of tool. It just shapes roughly to more accurately working by hands.

Once tools come from basic grinding these are manually shaped to actual size and shapes. Standard procedure is adopted to shape them right way to ensure each piece is accurate in size shape. That's why we do offer customized pliers without any hesitation.

In this process, the workers put instruments in the tempering machine which is filled with a particular material; it is tempered to certain temperature for good polishing results. Every step is important to ensure quality finishing products.

At this stage, all instruments are inspected 2 to 3 times to check the pores, damage & take roughly dimensions. At this stage only superior instruments are selected and instruments with little holes and manufacturing faults are again sorted out.

Now final step in the manufacturing comes for polishing and finishing the products. Complete procedure is followed to ensure each, and every product comes with high quality polishing and finish. Here you can get Mate Finish as well as Mirror Polished Finish products.

Final inspection is done before packaging. All products are inspected by 3 different workers step wise to ensure final product is masterpiece to satisfy end user.

We do offer our customers free customization logo on the products. In this process all instruments are comes to get etching stamp. Our skilled workers put stamps on each instrument by putting each instrument on the stamp pad and burning process. To make the stamp reliable and even sustainable under high boiling temperature this stamp procedure is done by electric etching machines when instruments are sterilized.

Each product unit is packed individually in poly bag, Plastic Blister or Customized Blister Pack. All options are open for all customers. The packing of instruments to make a shipment is done here. The carton must be hardened, which can save the instruments until they reach the customer's door. All instrument boxes are properly labeled and stored in a proper storing environment. The label will show the item code, quantity, and full description to make the customer feel easy to find there required instruments from a carton.
